Tasting Experiences

The Villa is the place where it is also possible to taste the products of the land, all km0, the result of the commitment and passion of Michele and his family, who dedicate themselves to the cultivation of olive trees, fruit trees and vegetable gardens.

OliVenere offers an exclusively vegetarian fixed menu dinner with the products available from time to time: various starters, a main course (generally a first course), dessert. All dishes are prepared with simplicity and with an eye to the Ligurian tradition.

The tasting is available every evening except Wednesday and Sunday. It normally takes place in the garden, at sunset, overlooking the Gulf. If the weather does not allow it, the veranda, the internal rooms or the stone room will be used.

For the tasting, priority is normally given to the guests of the structure, but it is still possible to participate in the events regardless of the stay. For this reason, booking is essential, so please fill out the attached form or contact by telephone to find out availability.

By explaining the menu to each guest, any intolerances, allergies or particular dietary needs will be checked in order to compose an ad hoc proposal in line with their needs.
